Services & Fees

Each person has room to grow. Though growing does not come easily in all seasons of life. That is where counseling comes in. While we cannot wave a magic wand and cure your feelings of depression, anxiety, or conflicts, counselors can walk alongside you offering unending support, an open ear, and a fresh perspective to get you through your journey. Let's also shatter the belief  that you have to be going through a crisis to seek out help. You don't. Counseling is for anyone who just needs a safe space to be open with who they are and their experiences. I am here to provide that space for you.

I offer virtual counseling through SimplePractice, as well as in person counseling in Fort Worth, Texas.

One Eighty Counseling strongly believes in transparency. With that, all of my fees are given up front to aide you in making a decision that is best for yourself.  Payment is due at the end of each session. There are no guarantees regarding outcomes with any type of treatment. Should your progress become stalled, or either you or I feel counseling is not progressing, or your treatment needs exceed my scope of practice, then it may be necessary to seek alternate type(s) of treatment. If this is the case, after discussing with you, I will assist with referrals.

I do not work with insurance plans, but I can provide you with a superbill that you can present to your insurance for possible out-of-network benefits and/or reimbursement, though not guaranteed.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Please make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
